Application Overview

QSys is a proven quality and safeguarding management system. It allows you to maintain a definitive list of your tutors and the centres/providers you work with. It manages your tutors' credentials, whether they are directly employed by you, or through any outsourced organisations. It manages the complexity of keeping track of and proving you are fulfilling your safeguarding duties. It manages basic tutor information and a range of detail such as qualifications, CRB renewals and other qualifications which must be kept up-to-date. It keeps track of notes on any special needs or requirements the tutors have and all the background information necessary for keeping good account of your provision.

This information on tutors is tied into the centres/providers which use them maintaining an action list which administrative officers can use to follow-up and manage a centre/provider. A range of information is stored on venues and centres/providers and is used to manage a single-source of reference information on them.

This information is tied together in reports which immediately highlight any issues and items to be addressed, with a Red, Amber or Green rating depending upon if an action is overdue, imminent or pending.
