GMS is a front-end worker allocation system for the supplier of guards to the security industry, matching your staff to the requirements of your clients. Allowing you to book in assignments and then match them up to guards allocated to that site who are available for the given duty times. The system then allows for subsequent changes to the assignment before generating timesheets for the workers involved and simultaneously calculating the total number of hours that the client is to be invoiced for. There are a variety of reporting options inherent to the system allowing you to use the one most suited to you. This system will make allocations of guards to jobs and all the other processes involved easier and will be more time efficient so you will be directly benefiting.
Feature Priorities
- Staff files, including availability by the day and incorporating holiday dates
- Store details for all clients, and clients different sites and associated location manager as well as information on when guards are available for work or on holiday or unsuitable for an assignment etc.
- Add jobs by client & location, for time and dates, and have the correspondingly available workers shown for possible allocation.
- Confirm completion of job and automatically create completed timesheets.
